In this entire spectrum of possibilities, it is important not to forget about a healthy lifestyle. It's best to prepare yourself a complete, balanced, and correct meal. Remember, that it is necessary not only to fill your stomach but also to give energy for the whole day. A healthy breakfast will have a beneficial effect on your physical condition.

What can you have for breakfast in the morning?

Experts say that it is best to wake up between 7 and 9 in the morning - at this time, a person's biorhythms are better tuned to wake up and start living a new day. After waking up, you need to do little morning exercises and drink a glass of water so that the body invigorates, warms up, and tunes in for the next meal.

You need to have breakfast, observing the following principles:

· The presence of slow carbohydrates - in order not to want to eat until lunchtime, you need to get enough of slow carbohydrates in the morning, which will take a long time to be absorbed and constantly give you energy.

Healthy breakfast recipes
